О Необходимости Перехода На Новую Модель Стратегического Менеджмента

Abstract

The article deals with the necessity of development of national models of strategic management for development of Russian economy. Traditional model of strategic management is examined and its failures and errors are revealed. New approach and new system model of effective strategic management is offered. The new model is based on the integration of analysis of external and internal environments, as well as on implementing the human factor and its components into the model, management of realization of strategy, and clear control. The offered model of strategic management creates a basis for organization of effective strategic management in the organizations, eliminates managerial defects and is directed on the growth of companies competitiveness.
