Abstract

Статья посвящена оценке конкурентоспособности высокотехнологичных услуг. Авторы предлагают новую методику оценки, которая основывается на данных, полученных методом Таинственный покупатель. Конкурентоспособность услуги оценивается по составляющим маркетингового комплекса.
