Abstract

В статье раскрываются современные классификации крупных городов, теоретические вопросы стратегического управления и ценностно-ориентированного подхода. Подробно выделены этапы реализации системы сбалансированных показателей в муниципалитетах больших городов. Проанализирована концепция общественных ценностей для стратегического менеджмента в городах в условиях проведения важных реформ в публичном управлении.
