Инновации: Асимметрия Интересов Владельцев И Менеджмента Фирмы

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу совпадений и несовпадений в отношениях к радикальным и инкрементальным инновациям у владельцев и наемных менеджеров. Показывается, что в ряде случаев несовпадения способны даже превращаться в противоречия. Автор доказывает, что наемные менеджеры могут избегать радикальных инноваций, в то время как акционеры зачастую заинтересованы в них, так как такие инновации порождают хотя бы на некоторое время ожидания больших прибылей, что приводит к росту цен на акции компаний-инноваторов. Обсуждаемую асимметрию автор рассматривает как еще одну характерную черту агентской проблемы в отношениях между акционерами и наемными менеджерами.
