Abstract

В статье исследуется частный бизнес-процесс страховой организации Формирование и использование страховых резервов. Автор приходит к выводу о наличии взаимосвязей между частными бизнес-процессами и необходимостью разработки управленческих решений при формировании страховых резервов, направленных на повышение эффективности деятельности страховой организации.
