Abstract

In the 1990s, diffusion of knowledge, information and high technology fastened the economic development around the world. Processes of globalization and evolving of the knowledge economy, emerging of the private sector and high social differentiation in the socialist China make people returned to the principle of reward according to contributed work and the labor value theory of Marxism. The author analyzes different views on these issues and makes a conclusion that not all principles of the capitalist economy can be used reasonably in the socialist market economy.
