Теория Экономического Роста И Индикаторы Развития России: Инновационно-Технологический Аспект

Abstract

Целью статьи является анализ тенденций развития методологических основ теории экономического роста в междисциплинарном поле. Рассматривается влияние теории экономического цикла в её инновационно-технологическом аспекте на развитие подходов к пониманию природы экономического роста. Анализируется связь теории экономического роста с исследованиями процессов, происходящих на уровне фирмы при принятии решений об инвестировании в новые технологии. В трактовке капитала как фактора экономического роста учитывается современная расширительная трактовка капитала, предлагаемая в ресурсной концепции конкурентоспособности. Предлагаются подходы к методологии определения индикаторов экономического роста, отражающих качественную структуру экономики и способные стать ориентиром для осуществления гибких подходов к управлению экономикой.
