Abstract

The article deals with the analysis of opportunities of using the instruments of controlling in commercialization of products of intellectual activity. The process of commercialization is a complicated way from research and developments to management of intellectual capital. Controlling which integrates the main chains of commercialization process such as economic analysis, planning, management, offers the palette of instruments, studying of which is the object of this research.
