Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы реформирования налогообложения сельского хозяйства китайского производства за последние годы. За 1993-2007 гг. заметно возросло расслоение населения по доходам, а также увеличился разрыв в развитии между городом и деревней в Китае. С 2003 г. в КНР активно решается вопрос развития деревни, одновременно с регулированием сельскохозяйственной структуры увеличиваются крестьянские доходы. Основное содержание реформы сельскохозяйственного налогообложения включает в себя постепенное снижение налоговых ставок.
