Abstract

В статье проанализированы закономерности динамики организационно-правовых форм хозяйственной деятельности от простых к сложным интегрированным. Дано определение хозяйственных образований, приведена авторская типология интегрированных хозяйственных образований, выявлены их отличительные признаки, проиллюстрированные многообразными примерами отечественной и зарубежной практики.
