Финансирование Международной Торговли В Условиях Кризиса: Попытка Перезагрузки

Abstract

В статье исследуется влияние нынешнего кризиса на финансирование международной торговли, являющееся одним из ключевых факторов развития трансграничных торговых связей. Кризис привел к существенному сокращению финансирования торговли, что ужесточает ситуацию в сфере глобального оборота товаров и услуг, а также препятствует возможному восстановлению в этом сегменте международных экономических отношений. Автор изучает причины возникшего разрыва между спросом и предложением в области финансирования торговли. Он проводит поиск потенциальных путей выхода из сложившейся ситуации и вырабатывает некоторые рекомендации, которые могли бы стать полезными для решения проблемы, делая особый акцент на «пакет мер поддержки», одобренный на Лондонском саммите Большой двадцатки (G-20) в апреле 2009 г. Автор статьи также выделяет роль ВТО в рассматриваемом вопросе.
