Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные проблемы, связанные c обеспечением лекарственной безопасности России. Высокие диспропорции между экспортом и импортом, низкий уровень платежеспособного спроса на отечественном рынке, рост цен на фармацевтическую продукцию, большая доля контрафактной, некачественной продукции создают угрозу лекарственной безопасности страны. Внедрение отраслевых стандартов GMP в отечественной фармацевтической промышленности должно способствовать выходу на рынки экономически развитых стран и сокращению импорта из стран с менее развитой экономикой.
