Опыт И Перспективы Финансирования Инфраструктурных Проектов В Российской Федерации

Abstract

В последнее время в России остро стоит проблема износа инфраструктуры. Она связана также и с необходимостью строительства и развития новых объектов инфраструктуры. В статье раскрыты вопросы финансирования инфраструктурных проектов в Российской Федерации. Анализируется ряд законодательных актов, принятых в последние годы, посвященных различным способам поддержки таких проектов, в том числе в рамках государственно-частных партнерств. Отдельно рассмотрен опыт реализации проектов в Санкт-Петербурге. Автором сделаны выводы на основе исследований Мирового банка, посвященных вопросам финансирования в развивающихся странах, а также опыта реальных проектов развития инфраструктуры в России.
