Abstract

В статье подробно освещается процесс развития международных кооперационных отношений между экономическими факультетами СПбГУ и Технического университета Ильменау (Германия). Процесс становления реального механизма сотрудничества представляет собой достаточно длительный промежуток времени, в течение которого университеты-партнеры проходят через следующие этапы взаимодействия: познание друг друга, адаптация к кросскультурным различиям, внесение необходимых изменений в процесс международных контактов и рефлексия (дальнейшее развитие) на базе этих изменений. Кооперация постоянно и тесно работающих вместе вузов дает большой синергетический эффект, который проявляется в принципиально новом конкурентном преимуществе обеих сторон.
