Инфляция В Экономике Ссср: Природа, Циклическая Динамика, Уроки Для Современной России

Abstract

В статье анализируются условия возникновения и особенности протекания инфляционных процессов в экономике СССР. На основе эмпирического анализа обоснована циклическая динамика инфляции в советской экономике. Осуществлены сравнительные исследования инфляционных режимов функционирования советской экономики и современной экономики России. Показано, что современная инфляция в России, ее циклическая динамика это закономерное следствие инфляционных процессов в СССР, инерционности основных институтов власти, в экономической политике которых повторяются ошибки советской эпохи.
