Влияние Крупных Технологических Инноваций На Цену Акций Публичных Компаний

Abstract

В статье рассматривается, каким образом ожидания высоких прибылей по радикальным инновациям или просто крупным инновационным проектам даже при том, что вероятность реализации этих ожиданий низка в силу инновационных рисков порождают эффект значительного и долговременного роста капитализации публичных компаний-инноваторов. Этот рост продолжается до тех пор, пока компании не опубликуют информацию о коммерческой неудаче инновации. Впоследствии капитализация компаний-инноваторов резко падает, но они могут начинать новые инновационные проекты того же рода так что цикл роста и падения рыночных цен на акции данных компаний повторяется. В статье содержатся статистические материалы фондовых бирж, подтверждающие указанный эффект.
