Посткризисные Императивы Развития Глобальной Финансовой Системы

Abstract

Глобальный кризис 2008-2009 гг. поставил принципиальные вопросы посткризисного развития мировой экономики. Во-первых, первый кризис ХХI в. это серьезный кризис элементов действующей государственной и мировой финансовой системы. Он показал, что международные рынки финансовых активов не могут себя бескризисно регулировать. Кризис обострил противоречия между глобальными и национальными финансами. Во-вторых, он поставил вопрос о выборе системы регуляторов глобальных финансов, построенной на базе национального суверенитета и протекционизма или на основе международного регулирования. В-третьих, в 2010-2011 гг. мировая экономика столкнулась с рисками посткризисного развития. Наконец, события в геоэкономике и геополитике, природные и техногенные катастрофы начала ХХI в. привели к кризису самой философии глобализации, поставили вопросы ее обратимости. В статье отражена авторская концепция развития процессов глобализации, модификации ее архитектуры.
