Abstract

Одной из основных целей новой программы приватизации в России является повышение эффективности деятельности государственных предприятий. Привлечение частного инвестора и снижение доли государства в капитале компании позволят улучшить качество корпоративного управления, повысить уровень информационной прозрачности и конкурентоспособность бизнеса, улучшить отношение инвесторов к акциям государственных компания.
