Особенности Современной Фазы Мировой Экономической Конъюнктуры

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности экономического кризиса 2008-2010 гг. с позиций концепции экономической конъюнктуры как многоцикличного процесса, включающего циклы разной продолжительности в основном это циклы Модельски, Кондратьева и Кузнеца. Современное фазовое состояние мировой экономической конъюнктуры диагностируется как депрессия цикла Кузнеца, пришедшаяся на период подъема Кондратьевского цикла и одновременно продолжающегося спада более длинного 120-летнего цикла Модельски. Дается оценка возможности использовать диагностированную депрессию цикла Кузнеца как триггер для кластера базисных инноваций, верифицируется концепция триггерного характера депрессии. В статье обосновывается прогноз невысоких темпов мирового экономического роста в период до 2020 г. На основе диагностики фазового состояния конъюнктуры и прогноза экономического роста высказываются соображения о целесообразном характере национальной политики инновационного развития.
