Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы минимального размера уставного капитала страховых организаций и его наращивания в целях оценки возможностей участия в этом процессе страховых резидентов и нерезидентов. Обсуждается вопрос квоты иностранного участия в пополнении уставного капитала страховых и перестраховочных компаний, в том числе с учетом вступления России в ВТО.
