Российский Рынок Недвижимости В Условиях Экономического Кризиса

Abstract

В статье анализируется природа современного кризиса на российском рынке недвижимости (на примере Санкт-Петербурга). Показано взаимовлияние фундаментальных, конъюнктурных и спекулятивных факторов, которое привело к возникновению ценового пузыря на рынке недвижимости, и, в конечном счете, к кризису на рынке. Для исправления ситуации в статье предложено проведение грамотной государственной политики, в том числе путем частичной национализации финансовых институтов и девелоперских компаний.
