Особенности Развития Инфраструктуры Инноваций В Российской Федерации

Abstract

Несмотря на существующее разнообразие имеющихся объектов инфраструктуры инноваций в Российской Федерации, таких как бизнес-инкубаторы, инновационные центры, технопарки, наукограды, рождаются новые структуры регионального и федерального уровня. В 2005 г. возникают особые экономические зоны технико-внедренческого типа, в 2010 г.инноград.Сколково.. Очевидно, прежние образования не в полном объеме решают или вообще не способны решать задачи модернизации и экономического развития страны. Автор предлагает развивать кооперационные связи между создаваемым инноградом.Сколково. и существующими объектами инфраструктуры, в частности, предусмотреть возможность организации опытного и промышленного производства на территории технопарков, наукоградов и особо экономических зон технико-внедренческого типа в Российской Федерации
