Формирование Региональных Валютных Фондов На Рубеже Xx-Xxi Веков

Abstract

Призванные обеспечить мировую финансовую стабильность международные организации, прежде всего МВФ, были созданы в середине XX в. и далеко не во всем отвечают реалиям глобализирующейся экономики. Не находит должного отражения в глобальных институтах управления изменение мировой экономической конфигурации рост удельного веса развивающихся стран. Мировым сообществом предпринимаются различные меры, направленные на сглаживание возникших противоречий, среди которых важное место занимает подписание соглашений по образованию региональных валютных фондов. Такого рода инициативы в Азии, Африке, Латинской Америке и на Ближнем Востоке привели к формированию более гибкой децентрализованной системы, где МВФ отводится роль старшей организации, взаимодействующей на определенных условиях с создающимися региональными валютными фондами.
