Постиндустриальный Капитализм: Вызовы Модернизации И Уроки Для России

Abstract

Периодизация рыночной экономики в литературе базируется на формационном, технологическом либо институциональном подходе. Применительно к российской экономике выделяются мобилизационная, индустриальная, инновационная и либерально-монетарная концепции модернизации. Синтез указанных подходов и концепций позволяет выделить существенные черты постиндустриальной экономики, качественно изменяющей природу капитализма. Системный кризис последних лет показал, что индустриальный капитализм, каким его знали и исследовали А. Смит, К. Маркс, Дж. Кейнс и другие выдающиеся экономисты, изжил себя. Необходим переход к новой экономической системе. Оценка ее места в истории развития общества, выявление и анализ существенных черт этой системы имеет определяющее значение для разработки комплексной программы модернизации российской экономики и формирования глобального механизма социально-экономического и технолого-экологического регулирования.
