Модель Измерения Образовательного Компонента Человеческого Капитала В Системе Высшего Профессионального Образования

Abstract

В статье изложен метод расчета оценок прироста человеческого капитала. Основное внимание уделяется одному из важнейших этапов роста человеческого капитала — подготовке специалистов в системе высшего профессионального образования. Метод основан на использовании неточных числовых данных и нечисловой информации о природе человеческого капитала. Метод опробован на реальном примере аттестации группы студентов с описанием особенностей применения полученных результатов.
