Abstract

В статье рассматриваются эволюция института кредитования и роль кредитных сделок в экономическом быте Северо-Западной Руси XIV-XV вв. На основе привлечения данных различных видов источников анализируются формы кредитного обмена, утвердившиеся в экономике русских земель в процессе постепенного перехода от системы замкнутого натурального хозяйства к рынку. Отдельное внимание уделяется содержанию обеспеченного заемного обязательства. Освещая специфику постановлений Псковской Судной грамоты о кредитно-ссудных операциях и связанных с ними социально-экономических институтов, автор приходит к выводу о формировании определенного типа кредитных отношений и практики его правового обеспечения.
