Эволюция Представлений О Теоретических Основах Экономической Политики В Отечественнойи Немецкой Литературе

Abstract

Глобальный экономический кризис, обостривший целый ряд экономических проблем, вывел на первый план вопросы, связанные с реализацией экономической политики. Однако анализ работ современных авторов показывает, что до сих пор не существует единой точки зрения о том, что же представляет собой экономическая политика, каково её место в экономической науке; нет согласия авторов о её содержании, структуре, инструментах и методах. Всё это делает особенно актуальным обращение к теоретическим исследованиям отечественных и зарубежных авторов XIX — начала XX в. Исследование и классификация подходов к изучению экономической политики научных школ прошлого позволит использовать целостный подход и определенную синергию от применения её инструментов в разных экономических задачах.
