Перспективы Становления Системы Глобального Налогового Регулирования

Abstract

Глобальный экономический кризис инициировал новый подход к регулированию налоговых отношений в современном мире. Трансформация налогового регулирования в масштабах действующей системы мирохозяйственных связей предполагает делегирование части полномочий национальных регуляторов межгосударственным институтам и негосударственным структурам. Это позволяет говорить о становлении новой системы глобального налогового регулирования, охарактеризованной в данной статье. Акцент при этом сделан на методах и институциональной структуре международного налогового регулирования, а также месте России в глобальном налоговом регулировании.
