К Вопросу О Функциях И Принципах Экологического Налога

Abstract

В работе рассмотрены существующие точки зрения на функции налога и выявлены причины расхождения мнений по этому вопросу. Автором изучена история введения и установления налогов, в том числе экологических, а также последствия их применения как в отечественной, так и в зарубежной практике. На основании собранного материала автором предложено свое видение функций налогов и приведено их обоснование. В заключение выделены принципы, необходимые для эффективного взимания экологических налогов.
