Abstract

Разработана новая система оплаты труда, проведен анализ ее внедрения и удовлетворенности сотрудников новой системой стимулирования. С использованием разработанных таблиц и критериев проведена оценка каждой должности для создания и расчета базовой части заработной платы сотрудников. Факторы оценки выбирались с учетом требований к конкретным должностям и выполнению соответствующих функций, а также рисков и трудностей, которые могли бы у них возникнуть в ходе выполнения должностных обязанностей.
