Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы определения термина «инновационное развитие» и уточнение критериев инновационного развития страны. Авторы исследуют современные подходы российских ученых к определению оценки инновационного развития страны, подходы, обозначенные в основных документах Правительства РФ, методики международных организаций международного агентства Bloomberg Rankings, методики Комиссии европейских сообществ (КЕС), Всемирного экономического форума (ВЭФ), Организации экономического сотрудничества и развития (ОЭСР).
