Содержание Жилья: Конкуренции Почти Не Видно

Abstract

В статье проводится анализ состояния конкуренции на рынке услуг содержания жилья на примере г. Новосибирска. При этом показывается, что применяемые в настоящее время стандартные методы, основанные на показателях экономической концентрации, дают неверные результаты при их использовании для данного рынка вследствие его значительной специфики. По результатам рассмотрения делается вывод о неудовлетворительном уровне развития конкуренции на исследуемом рынке, в связи с чем рассмотрены проблемы повышения интенсивности конкуренции, сформированы предложения, направленные на решение данных проблем.
