К Вопросу Об Оценке Человеческого Капитала

Abstract

Инновационная экономика обнажила зависимость материального производства от интеллекта работника. В связи с этим возникает новая научная категория человеческий капитал, в рамках которой осуществление высокопроизводительной деятельности, приводящей к росту дохода, происходит с участием интеллектуальной собственности, под которой предлагается понимать трудовое творчество. Существование интеллектуальной собственности в идеальной форме затрудняет оценку человеческого капитала. В статье рассмотрены существующие подходы к определению человеческого капитала и его оценке, представлен их анализ, сформулированы проблемные аспекты использования. Также автором изложена индексная методика оценки человеческого капитала, учитывающая его специфику, позволяющая сформировать эффективную программу управления, а также определить направления инвестирования.
