Abstract

В статье излагается сущность аудита процесса подбора персонала организации. Дан подробный обзор понятий «аудит», «кадровый аудит», «аудит процесса подбора персонала». Представлены этапы аудита процесса подбора персонала и осуществляемые на них исследовательские действия аудиторов. А также рассматриваются основные факторы и предпосылки формирования эффективной системы управления подбором персонала в организации. В основу настоящей статьи положены материалы курсовых работ и результаты выпускной квалификационной работы автора по проблеме.
