Abstract

В статье рассматривается развитие методологических основ «национальной инновационной системы» (НИС), приводится критический анализ взглядов американских, английских, шведских, российских и белорусских ученых на ее сущность и дается авторская трактовка данной категории. Исследуется взаимосвязь и взаимовлияние между элементами НИС. На основе анализа НИС выделены три методологические функции, предлагается авторский подход к определению функций НИС, а также выделены и раскрыты восемь основных функций системы.
