Оценка Продовольственной Безопасности Томской Области И Муниципальных Образований В 1996-2014 Гг

Abstract

Изложены результаты анализа показателей обеспеченности потребностей Томской области и ее муниципальных образований основными видами сельскохозяйственной продукции и продуктов питания. Автором предпринята попытка оценить текущий уровень физической и экономической доступности продовольствия для населения региона, качество продуктов питания и, как итог, уровень продовольственной безопасности Томской области, а также проанализировать динамику этих показателей за период '996-2014 гг. По результатам проведенного исследования установлено, что параметры продовольственной безопасности Томской области в полной мере не достигнуты. В то же время наметились негативные тенденции, связанные со снижением физической и экономической доступности продовольствия и ухудшением его качества.
