Abstract

Статья посвящена оценке некоторых факторов, влияющих на реорганизацию стимулирования труда в компании. Выдвинута гипотеза о ключевой роли фактора «динамизм рынка». Проведено исследование динамики компаний в нескольких сегментах бизнеса Томской области. Предложен индикатор «динамизм компаний». Он позволяет судить о нарастании или замедлении изменений в сегменте бизнеса, а значит, о потребности компании в реформировании стратегии, принципов оперативного управления, системы стимулирования труда.
