Применение Мсфо В Общественном Секторе Экономики России

Abstract

В мировой практике действуют две системы МСФО: для коммерческого сектора и для общественного сектора (public sector). Исходя из экономического содержания, общественный сектор рассматривается ими как состоящий из трех подсекторов: государственного, добровольно-общественного и смешанного. Многообразие субъектов государственного сектора экономики, преследующих разные цели деятельности, свидетельствует, что лишь некоторые из них могут выступать отчитывающимися предприятиями в системе МСФО ОС. В составе общественного сектора экономики помимо государственного представлены также добровольно-общественный и смешанный подсектора.
