Abstract

В статье изложены результаты анализа состояния сельского рынка труда Томской области в 2008-2013 гг. В качестве способа решения проблем сельских территорий рассматривается развитие альтернативной несельскохозяйственной занятости сельского населения. Авторами проведена оценка перспектив развития в Томской области одного из направлений альтернативной сельской занятости сельского туризма. Для этого был проведен социологический опрос потенциальных потребителей этих услуг и туристических агентств, оказывающих услуги сельского туризма. В результате были выявлены основные проблемы развития сельского туризма в Томской области, а также районы, наиболее подходящие для его развития.
