Экономическая Политика И Ее Несостоятельность

Abstract

В статье систематизированы научные теоретические представления о факторах несостоятельности экономической политики государства. В этой связи предложено рассматривать первопричины несостоятельности экономической политики в части агрегации предпочтений и избирательного процесса, организации «группы интересов» и их коллективные действия ради получения выгод с помощью политического процесса, рентоориентированного поведения субъектов политики посредством законодательного процесса. Вполне очевидно, что указанные научные подходы не являются исчерпывающими, и предполагается дальнейшее исследование таких аспектов, как особенности делегации регуляторных полномочий и бюрократии, формирующих неравные отношения между различными субъектами политики и информационные проблемы.
