Оценка Результативности Деятельности И «Отрицательный Отбор»

Abstract

Понятие «отрицательный отбор» все чаще упоминается в контексте проблем высшего образования. В статье проведен анализ критериев принятия решений межведомственной комиссией в отношении вузов, признанных неэффективными по результатам мониторинга деятельности учреждений высшего образования. Автором обсуждаются теоретические основы систем мониторинга образовательной деятельности. На примере анализа данных о результатах научной деятельности одного из старейших учебных заведений Сибири показана целесообразность использования для этой цели метода DEA.
