Abstract

В настоящее время для России особенно важно решение актуальной проблемы обеспечения экономического роста отечественных компаний в долгосрочной перспективе. Научную основу внутрифирменного менеджмента реализации стратегии роста составляют методологические принципы управления. В статье излагаются классические и специфические принципы стратегического менеджмента, применимые для исследования области реализации стратегии роста компании, разработки и научного обоснования адекватного экономического механизма в соответствии с теоретическими положениями концепции системно-интегрированного управления. Использование предложенных автором принципов в деятельности отечественных компаний позволит им обеспечить эффективный экономический рост и высокую степень достижения стратегических целей.
