Эффективная Реализация Человеческого Капитала Как Важный Фактор Экономического Роста

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные эндогенные модели экономического роста с учетом человеческого капитала. Автором были выявлены достоинства и недостатки названных моделей и предложен новый подход к оценке роли человеческого капитала в экономическом росте стран. В частности, рассмотрена предпосылка о возрастающей отдаче человеческого капитала и предложен показатель эффективности реализации человеческого капитала.
