Abstract

Даны обоснования целесообразности нового подхода к оценке деятельности и эффективности использования ресурсов организациями, реализующими программы профессиональной подготовки кадров. Представлена авторская методика комплексной оценки на основании анализа соотношения ресурсов и результатов, создающая предпосылки для повышения результативности управления и научно обоснованного стратегического планирования и развития образовательных организаций, в частности рынка профессиональной подготовки кадров в целом.
