Abstract

Настоящий этап развития ведущих стран связан с неоиндустриализацией их экономики становлением производства благ по новейшим технологиям, формированием новых инвестиционных, рыночных, социальных связей. Для России, прежде всего, необходимо преодолеть последствия отрицательного структурного сдвига, восстановить обрабатывающую промышленность на новой технологической базе, изменить роль государства в этом процессе, создать необходимые институты, изменить сам воспроизводственный механизм. Такие глубокие структурные преобразования российской экономики требуют сформировать концептуальные основы ее неоиндустриализации.
