Abstract

Обсуждаются философские, этические, юридические аспекты независимости аудиторов. Поднимается вопрос об отсутствии прямой финансовой независимости аудиторов от заказчиков аудита бухгалтерской отчетности. Обсуждаются альтернативные предложения о посреднической функции аудиторских организаций или са-морегулируемых организациях (СРО) аудиторов в оплате услуг аудиторов-экспертов за проведение обязательного аудита бухгалтерской отчетности, например, в отношении общественно значимых финансовых институтов.
