Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам формирования бюджета Пенсионного фонда Российской Федерации. Проанализирована динамика задолженности по страховым взносам на обязательное пенсионное и обязательное медицинское страхование предприятий Томской области. Исследованы механизмы взыскания страховых взносов, определены его недостатки, сформулированы и предложены пути решения выявленных проблем, необходимость создания достаточных условий для формирования собственных источников финансирования накопленных государственных обязательств и возможности обеспечения собственных обязательств в рамках установленного тарифа, а также эффективной макроэкономической государственной политики.
