Особые Экономические Зоны Туристско-Рекреационного Типа В Байкальском Регионе: Проблемы Становления И Эффективность Функционирования

Abstract

Рассмотрены проблемы создания и развития особых режимов хозяйствования на Байкальской природной территории. Определены цели и задачи формирования особых экономических зон туристско-рекреационного типа, дана их организационно-экономическая характеристика, выявлены направления гармонизации отношений между обществом, международными организациями, частным бизнесом, регионом и государством. Рассчитана эффективность функционирования туристско-рекреационных зон в Республике Бурятия и Иркутской области.
