Механизм Привлечения Финансовых Ресурсов В Систему Земельно-Ипотечного Кредитования Субъектов Аграрного Предпринимательства

Abstract

В целях финансового обеспечения субъектов аграрного предпринимательства назрела необходимость формирования национальной системы земельно-ипотечного кредитования в Российской Федерации. Однако этому препятствует ряд факторов, рассматриваемых в статье, таких как высокий уровень рисков, несовершенство нормативно-правового регулирования, дефицит долгосрочных финансовых ресурсов, медленное внедрение эффективных технологий работы с малыми аграрными предприятиями, отсутствие полного информационного обеспечения, недостаточно благоприятный налоговый режим по отношению к кредиторам. Развитие системы земельно-ипотечного кредитования позволит устранить большинство описанных факторов и увеличить объемы земельно-ипотечных кредитов.
