Abstract

В Российской Федерации давно предпринимаются попытки перевода экономики на инновационный путь развития, однако до сих пор ожидаемого прорыва в развитии национального хозяйства не произошло. В связи с этим важным является исследование зарубежного опыта финансового обеспечения стратегии инновационного развития РФ. В статье исследованы основные модели финансового обеспечения стратегии инновационного развития: американская, сформированная на основе опыта США; японская, в основу которой положен опыт Японии; смешанная, базирующаяся на опыте Германии и Франции.
